Noise Cancelling Speaker Microphone For GP320/340/360/380. with 3.5mm jack for remote earpiece. Screw-in fitting and heavy duty construction. Microphone has rear clip for secure attachments.

Noise cancelling means microphone can be used in areas of high ambient noise without transmitting the sound to the receiving party. Needs to be held closer to mouth to achieve the same volume as the standard mic.
